Teladoc Health in Denmark are recruiting a Physician Case Manager. The Medical Case Manager will report to the Medical Director.
Your main task will be to deliver online video and text consultations to patients as a trained Danish physician and to plan and do the documentation. Other tasks include facilitating cases for other telemedicine services.
Duties are outlined as follows:
- Call patients and do medical intake
- Triage incoming calls to provide appropriate tele medicine solution to the patient
- Communicate medical advice, treatment options and plans to patient
- Liaise with experts worldwide depending on the nature of case
- Document the process in the accepted digital platforms
Out of hours work will be required as well as occasional weekends. You will to a high degree be able to plan your own schedule.
We are looking for a Danish trained Physician with full Danish license. We are looking for a flexible, enthusiastic physician with a “can-do” attitude.
- Minimum B authorization with the right to work independently
- Preferably broad clinical experience
- Preferably specialized in General Medicine or en-route to become a GP
- Preferably international experience
- Preferably telemedicine experience
You must, of course, be able to work systematically and independently, and you must investigate and assess what help the patient should be offered. You have experience in basic diagnostics and experience with patient contact, preferably by phone and email. You also have routine in using digital documentation systems.
