The position:

Come join our Healthcare Development team where you will lead the medical team with three team members.

You will be the driver of articulating the importance of the value of diagnostics to improve patient outcomes and reduce the care delivery costs. You will promote Roche Diagnostics as an industry thought leader by public speaking and authoring of articles, white papers and other market facing activities. You will build and sustain relationships with key physicians at our customers to drive ownership, commitment, and extraordinary references.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as a guardian for the high standards of compliance, ethics, and safety of Roche Diagnostics’ products and solutions, setting patients at the center of all actions.
• Provide medical expertise on existing and emerging regulations, quality and compliance measures relevant to existing technologies and new innovative digital technologies.
• Contribute best practices, trends, and use cases of diagnostics across the care continuum in focused disease areas for fast uptake of diagnostics innovation solutions into clinical guidelines.
• Provide medical expertise and thought leadership input to our strategic business plans.
• Provide input and feedback on product roadmap and go-to market strategies including technology and service offering and sales pitch.
• Yearly medical tactical plan and execution.
• Responsible for clinical trials and Scientific Advisory Boards.

You have the following key competencies:

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Medical doctor.
• Experience in medical stakeholder engagement in Danish healthcare.
• A strong operational knowledge of and experience with commercial processes, and the ability to formulate concrete solutions to complex business challenges.
• Demonstrated excellence in building relations involving medical stakeholders.
• Engaging medical key opinion leaders and interaction with relevant medical societies.
• Serve as scientific peer and resource within the medical community.
